My entry for 
's One Million Contest.
My favorite character from Chakra is none other than feisty little Orca. I started to wonder what she would look like as a dragon with that pretty snarl of hers, and here is the result. I've always pictured her to be little smaller than the others, but muscular and compact. Since her element is water, i thought she doesn't have any wings, but nice and sleek skin.
I bet she's snarling at Cheetah
Back in my days in Japan i studied a bit of japanese sumi-e painting. Chakra comic is placed in Japan and is originally inspired from Clover Studio's game Okami, so i made the background with a hint of that styling in mind. In sumi-e, the distance is often shown in the paintings by strogness of the colors (background is often more faded) and with white space between objects.

I absolutely love your use of shapes to make Orca look limber and sinuous in her forms! And amazing concept, it's really cool to see her as a dragon!
I love how you chose a dragon type which matches her element and personality! That snarl is perfect on her, ahaha!
And beautiful use of colour too *0* I know how hard it is to get a uniform, smooth layer of colour, especially a dark one like black! But you did great on her skin, it looks glossy like that of a real orca!
